Monolithic submerged nozzle is used to cast special-purpose steel, such as high-grade steel,special steel, car plate and stainless steel, etc. Composite non-carbon liner material can effectively prevent Al2O3 and TiO2 adhering to the nozzle. Imported composite ZrO2-C materials greatly improve the thermal shock stability and corrosion resistance of slag line. Strengthening materials for the bowl section have the same long service life as slag line. Professional structure design can optimize flow field in mould, thus improving quality of cast slab.
