Product Description
Through more than 20 years' d development, characterized by mature technology and stable and reliable performance,EM series cable reels can satisty requirements of special working conditions and are widely used in industries such as metallurgy and hoising.
This series of products are composed of unique semi-hydraulic coupling transmission device,armature box and drum and are characterized by:
*Large coiling torque adjustment scope and constant tension after stable adjustment
*Good synchronization.A good slipping mechanism keeps the coiling speed and mobile equipment speed in synchronization.
*Strong self-locking capability.The cable will not slip off when the reel stops.
EM-1
The product is characterized by small volume, light weight and compact structure, and suitable for mobile equipment such as small electric grab bucket, repair car and in-plant transfer car.
EM-Ⅱ-Ⅶ
The products are characterized by rational layout, compact structure and convenient installation, operation and maintenance, and suitable for mobile equipment such as gantry crane, tower crane, bridge crane, portal crane and stacker-claimer.

EM type gas - liquid hose reel
By adopting the main unit of EM universal type and,the product is capable of coiling various types of gas & liquid hoses below 1.6MPa and widely used in argon blowing in steel plants, low pressure liquid transport and similar operations.
EM - K type control
The multi-loop reel, developed on EM universal type, is suitable for 5-40-circuit power or signal transmission cables, with each circuit cable having a cross section of 240 mm.
EM composite cable reel
The product is a combined use of EM-VI and EM-VIII cable reels in a special installation mode, with one for cable lifting and one for coiling, and suitable for coiling ultra long and ultra heavy cables in factories and mines, which can greatly reduce the cable damage by ultra large tension, thus prolonging the cable life.
