Tundish Nozzle

The materials to be reinforced by Al2O3-C, MgO-C and spinel, etc. for the bowl section have high corrosion resistance and stable capability.
Pure Zirconium materials for the bowl section can meet the requirement of long life for high-manganese and high- oxygen content of steel.
Composite non-carbon liner can prevent Al2O3 and TiO2 adhering to the nozzle liner and extend casting time of 08Al、SPHD and stainless steel.
Composite porous liner can inject argon steadily to interface, so that the nozzle liner is covered with a layer of uniform argon membrane which can effectively prevent nodulation adhering to the nozzle liner.
High standard Al2O3-C body materials have good thermal shock and corrosion resistance in use.
Sliding gate plate materials with high strength and abrasion resistance ensure the collector nozzle not to be wear in the course of quick change.
The use of standard argon injection ring structure in sliding gate plate section can prevent argon and oxygen from being absorbed from the joint surface of tundish upper nozzle and collector nozzle.
