The coke bucket is used to transport the red coke pushed out from the coke oven carbonization chamber, which is pulled by the electric locomotive, hoisted to the top of the CDQ coke oven by the elevator, and loaded into the CDQ coke oven in coordination with the loading device.
The CDQ coke bucket is used to transport the hot coke pushed out of the coke oven carbonization chamber. The coke temperature is 1050 ± 50 ℃. The rotary coke bucket is transported to the CDQ lifting derrick by the coke bucket car pulled by the electric locomotive. The elevator is used to lift and horizontally move the rotary coke bucket to the top of the CDQ coke oven. The hot coke is loaded into the CDQ coke oven in coordination with the loading device.
The rotary coke tank is mainly composed of bucket body, lining plate, suspender, transmission rod, annular octagonal beam, guide wheel set, bottom gate, buffer seat, refractory and lubricating pipeline.
The bucket body is mainly welded by 10mm thick steel plate and T-shaped steel. To the support of the whole bucket, the body must have sufficient strength and stiffness. The material of main structure is Q345B.
The lining plate contact with hot coke directly, this part of material needs high heat resistance and wear resistance, and must adapt to the alternation of cold and hot. The lining plate is made of QT600-3 for the straight section and ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN for the cone section and bottom gate section.
The suspender is used to connect the bucket with the hook of the elevator. The material is Q345B.
The drive rod is a component used to open or close the coke bucket bottom gate. The drive rod is installed at the bottom of the bucket and hinged with the bottom gate. The upper part of the bucket is connected with an annular octagonal beam, which can move along the guide rail of the drive rod. At the same time, when the annular octagonal beam is seated on the support of the coke tank car, the bottom gate of the bucket is kept closed.
The bottom gate is made of 06Cr19Ni9NbN due to the high temperature.
The buffer seat is mainly used to cushion the coke tank when it is seated on the rotary table of the coke tank carrier and the fixed support of the loading device, so as to avoid damaging the equipment due to excessive impact.
The refractory material is mainly installed between the lining plate and the steel structure of coke bucket to play the role of heat insulation. The ceramic fiber cloth with a thickness of 15mm and a heat-resistant temperature of 1250 ℃ shall be used, and the high temperature adhesive (heat-resistant 1400 ℃) shall be used for bonding.
