We have specially developed copper tube mould with the tapping steel 8000 ton to 12000 ton per mould. The mould can provide 45 ton per hour high-quality billet for high-speed rebar production line.

Cu-DHP ( phosphorus deoxidized copper ): Suitable for billet size ≤ 160 mm x 160 mm
Cu-Ag ( copper silver alloy ): Suitable for billet and bloom size > 160 mm x 160 mm
Cu-Cr-Zr ( chromium-zirconium-copper alloy ):Suitable for beam blank and rectangle blank

Coating of Tubes
The coating of the mould copper tube plays a decisive role in the life of the copper tube.
We have our own electroplating plant, it has the world's leading electroplating technology, which can strictly control the coating thickness, and the coating thickness of copper tube corner and side wall are strictly monitored within the tolerance range.
The high-quality European process hard chromium coating and composite coating ensure that the steel throughput of each copper pipe is doubled. The Ni Co multilayer structure has high hardness and the best copper based bonding strength.
The coating can also be designed and customized according to customers' requirements.
